Someones own ability is not a qualifier for them being able to comment on the fact that perhaps people were expecting a little more. If you're happy with the same old mediocrity then by all means keep on keeping on, although under the circumstances you'd hope people would be going all out for a last chance to shut that shit down.
I'm pretty sure the sentiment being expressed here is one of disdain; you would hope that in 2010 kids would be able to surpass their predecessors on this more than blown out spot. But sadly no, even with the artificial aid of better run-up and a metal edge no one can beat what Rodrigo Herring, Nick Lister and Craig Wilmouth did on it almost a decade ago.
Its a shame Justin Keeley that you are so emo and depressed on skateboarding at the moment. Especially in a place like NZ.
Used to respect you and enjoy your skating alot. Although in all honesty and scooping down to your levels, your flatground and street skills have always been shit and ugly. After reading this uncalled for nonsense, Justin Keeley you got issues mate. A very immature persepective on skateboarding given your age. You obviously ain't having much fun and skateboarding supposed to be fun isn't it??? What are you a skate politician? didn't know there were rules to skateboarding? If there were then maybe there should be a rule to not have more than 20 or even just 2 FS stalefish photos in a skateboard magazine. Big points for trick variety there on your behalf. haha.
Besides, Keeley you couldnt do shit on those Hamilton ledges, unless it had a mega kicker to it maybe. Get some pop little man, wear some clothes that fit you properly and sort your head out. Don't bring others down with you, its pathetic what you have to say and totally unnecessary for a skateboard industry like that in New Zealand.
There is a way through it, ask John Kirwan. haha
Learn some tricks, keep quiet and move on dickhead.
Keeley your weird. Already been done because this spot has been there for years. 15 minutes were allowed for a newer trick to go down and many did get close to landing something different but fell just short. Not to mention the large number of skaters trying to jam the ledge within these 15 minutes.
How long have you been skating for Keeley? probably a long time but after your comments I wouldnt have thought very long.
Out of interest from the last anonymous post, how many stalefish photos have you had in the past????
Best trick comp, not new trick comp, dunce.
ReplyDeleteBut you'd hope that the best trick would at least be a new trick that hadn't been done at the 1976 X Air though huh?
ReplyDeleteIf it's such a problem, why weren't you there doing these new tricks yourself?
